Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 18 Metric Tons (MT) for the total of all items in your shopping cart. The system will not allow you to proceed to checkout if the total order weight is less than 18 MT.

The price shown on the product page is the price per kilogram (KG). However, the quantity you enter when ordering is in Metric Tons (MT). Our system will automatically multiply the price per kg by 1000 to get the price per ton, and then multiply that by the number of tons you order.

We accept several standard international trade payment methods to provide flexibility for our business clients. Our primary accepted methods are:

• Letter of Credit (L/C): A secure, bank-guaranteed payment method ideal for international transactions.
• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): An electronic transfer of funds directly to our bank account.
• Cash in Advance (CIA): Prepayment for the order before shipment.

After placing an order, our sales team will contact you to finalize the payment arrangements based on your chosen method.

For every order that meets the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 18 MT or more, we apply a flat-rate cargo shipping fee of $720.00. This cost will be automatically calculated and added to your total during the checkout process.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we will update your order status to "Shipped" and include a tracking number if available. You can view your order status and details at any time through the "My Orders" page in your account dashboard.
