Excellent Sprouts, Some Loose Leaves in Box: The sprouts themselves are perfect. The only small complaint is that the boxes tend to have a lot of loose outer leaves at the bottom, which is a bit messy. But the core product is top-quality.

Great Flavor, But Sizing Was Mixed: The taste is excellent - nutty and slightly sweet. The only issue was that the size of the sprouts in our last order was very mixed, from tiny to quite large. This makes uniform cooking a challenge. More consistent grading would be helpful.
