Good Quality, a Few Had Minor Scuffs: The overall quality is great. The taste and texture are what we expect. However, a few hands in the last box had some minor scuff marks on the peels. It didn't affect the fruit inside, but presentation is important for our retail shelves.

Arrived a Bit Too Green This Time: The quality is always good, but our last shipment was significantly greener than usual. It took nearly a week for them to become fully ripe, which slightly disrupted our cafe's supply. Still a good product, just an issue with ripening time.

Taste is Great, But Crown Rot on a Few: 99% of the shipment was perfect. We did notice a few hands had the beginnings of crown rot, so we had to separate them to prevent spread. The fruit itself was fine, but it required extra labor from our side. Otherwise, great product.
