Excellent Product, Shipping Box Was a Bit Flimsy: The ginger itself is 5-star quality. My only suggestion is to use more robust shipping cartons, as ours arrived with a tear in the side. Luckily, the product was not damaged. But stronger packaging is needed for international transit.
Great Ginger, Some Smaller Pieces Included: The main rhizomes are huge and high-quality. The only reason for 4 stars is that the box also contained a fair amount of smaller "fingers" that are more tedious to peel and process. But the flavor is fantastic.
