Fantastic Flavor, a Few Had Soft Spots: The flavor is 5-star worthy - sweet and aromatic. On our last pallet, we found a few pineapples at the bottom of a box with soft spots, likely from shipping pressure. The rest were perfect, but it's a small quality control note.

Excellent Product, Damaged Outer Carton: The pineapples inside were fine, but one of the master cartons was badly damaged during transit, exposing the fruit. The packaging could be a bit more robust to withstand international shipping. The fruit quality itself is 5-star.

Very Sweet, But Ripeness Varied in the Box: The pineapples are definitely sweet and delicious once ripe. However, in a single box, we found some were perfectly ripe while others were still quite green. It required us to sort and store them differently. More uniform ripeness would be ideal.

A Little Smaller Than Advertised: The quality and taste are excellent. My only minor feedback is that the pineapples in our last order were on the smaller side of the specified weight range. We had to use more units to get the volume we needed. Otherwise, very good.
