Product is Great, Documentation was Slow: The chilis are perfect. 5 stars. The 4-star review is because the shipping documents for our last import were sent late, causing a slight delay at customs. The product itself is not the issue.

Great Flavor, Some Were a Bit Small: The taste is excellent, exactly what we need for our recipes. The only minor issue is the size can be inconsistent, with some very small peppers mixed in. But the overall quality is very high.

Box was a Bit Over-Packed: The quality of the chilis is great, but the box seemed over-packed, and a few on the bottom were slightly crushed. Reducing the weight per box slightly might prevent this. Still a very good product.

Heat Level Was Milder This Time: We love the freshness, but the heat level in our most recent batch was noticeably milder than usual. We had to adjust our recipes accordingly. Still a good product, just a bit inconsistent on the heat.
