Great Quality, Minor Size Inconsistency: The flavor and freshness of the tomatoes are top-tier. They arrived firm and perfectly ripe. The only small issue in our last batch was a slight inconsistency in size, making some less suitable for slicing. However, for sauces and soups, they were perfect. Still a very good product.
Product is Excellent, Communication Could Be Faster: The tomatoes themselves are 5-star quality, no question. Firm, ripe, and delicious. My only feedback is that a response to a query about our shipment tracking took a bit longer than expected. The product arrived on time, but faster communication would make it a perfect experience.
Very Good, a Few Were Slightly Overripe: Overall, a very positive experience. The shipment of 100kg arrived well-packaged. The vast majority of the tomatoes were perfect. We did find a handful that were slightly overripe and had to be used immediately. It's a minor point, and we will be ordering again.
