Good Product, Shipment Arrived a Day Late: The potatoes are excellent quality, no complaints there. The 4-star rating is because the shipment was delayed by a day, which affected our production schedule. But the product itself is solid.
Very Good, a Few Had Green Spots: The flavor and texture are top-notch. Our only feedback on the last shipment is that we found a few potatoes with green spots under the skin that had to be trimmed away. The vast majority were perfect, however.
