Sweet Pimento Peppers are a variety of large, heart-shaped red chili pepper that are celebrated for their incredibly sweet, succulent, and aromatic flesh with virtually no heat. They are more flavorful than a standard red bell pepper. Famously used as the red stuffing in green olives, pimentos are also excellent for roasting, making pimento cheese spread, or dicing into salads and sauces for a sweet, peppery flavor.
