Great Garlic, Some Heads Were Small: The flavor is fantastic and the cloves are easy to peel. The only minor issue is that the size of the heads was inconsistent in our last case, with some being much smaller than our usual spec. Overall, still a very good product.
Great Product, Some Loose Skins in the Box: The garlic is top-quality. The only small mess is that the boxes often contain a lot of loose, papery skins, which requires a bit of cleanup at our receiving dock. A minor issue for an otherwise excellent product.
Very Strong, Almost Too Pungent: This is very potent garlic, which is mostly a good thing. However, for some of our more delicate dishes, the flavor was almost overpowering. We had to adjust our usage down. Great for garlic lovers, but be aware of its strength.
