Known locally as Seledri, this is a variety of celery that is grown more for its flavorful leaves and thin, aromatic stems rather than a thick stalk. It has a much more intense and concentrated celery flavor compared to the Pascal variety. It is an indispensable herb in Indonesian cuisine, used as a garnish and flavor base for countless soups (like soto and bakso), stir-fries, and porridges. We supply fresh, aromatic bunches.

Very Aromatic Celery: This is not the common large-stalk celery. This is the leafy, aromatic Asian variety (Seledri). The flavor is much more intense. Perfect for soups and garnishes. The quality was very fresh and fragrant.
